phtt is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited under Philippine law and phtt's own policies.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. phtt operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one phtt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
Players must use phtt in good faith. Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated tools are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtt login credentials. phtt will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media.
phtt provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these features to maintain healthy gaming habits.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtt ("phtt," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtt platform available at phtt.asia, including all games, features, payment services, and customer support channels.
1.2 By registering a phtt account, accessing the phtt Login page, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise using any service on phtt.asia, you unconditionally accept these Terms and represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
1.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the phtt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a phtt account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporate entity; (c) be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law; (d) not be a self-excluded individual on any applicable self-exclusion register; and (e) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2 phtt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until compliance is confirmed.
2.3 Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of phtt and its affiliated service providers are not eligible to participate in real-money games on the phtt platform.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) phtt account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if they change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phtt will never request your password through any unsolicited communication.
3.4 You must notify phtt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your phtt account. phtt shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 phtt accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other party.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the phtt platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtt supports GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount at phtt is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the phtt payments page and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Funds deposited into your phtt account must be used for gaming activity on the phtt platform. phtt reserves the right to reverse or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion that deposited funds have not been used in bona fide gaming activity.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. phtt reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
4.5 phtt makes no representation regarding the processing times of third-party payment providers. Processing time estimates (e.g., "under 10 minutes" for GCash) are indicative only and subject to the availability and performance of payment infrastructure operated by third parties.
5.1 phtt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Bonus Terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. phtt reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate.
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, exploiting system errors, or using automated wagering tools — is prohibited. phtt reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if abuse is detected.
5.4 phtt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively reduce benefits already earned in accordance with the original Bonus Terms.
6.1 All games offered on the phtt platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by phtt or any third party.
6.2 Live casino games are subject to the rules of the applicable game variant as communicated by the dealer or displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, phtt's decision as to the outcome of the round shall be final.
6.3 In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display, phtt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wager amount to the Player's phtt account. phtt shall not be liable to pay winnings generated as a result of a system error.
6.4 The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and other games are theoretical values calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from theoretical RTP values.
7.1 You must not use the phtt platform to engage in any of the following:
7.2 Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on phtt.asia, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, design elements, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of phtt or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phtt.asia solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership right in any phtt content.
8.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any phtt content without prior written consent from phtt.
9.1 The phtt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtt's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtt platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phtt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 phtt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities accessible through your phtt account settings.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through phtt will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your phtt account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any games. phtt will make reasonable efforts not to send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

11.1 phtt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phtt is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) phtt reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; or (d) you fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable period upon request.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phtt reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 You may voluntarily close your phtt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities. Pending withdrawals will be processed subject to identity verification requirements.
12.1 phtt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by notification within the phtt platform or by email to the address registered on your account, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the phtt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phtt platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtt platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first notify phtt in writing of the dispute and allow phtt thirty (30) days to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
